- Generating leads in kind of face to face conferences or telecommunication conferences with potential shoppers
- Building consumer relationships at the C level executives to spot opportunities within the U.S.A. and Britain markets
- Data gathering through numerous platform
- Monitoring trade trends also as competition
- Develop a pipeline of potentials leads within the attention business.
- Identify new clinics or existing clinics for sales through numerous channels together with emails, calls and internet queries.
- Plan and visit new clinics consistently with a sales approach.
- Support sales initiatives with preparation of collaterals etc.
- Demo and justify the advantages of data systems to clinic directors and doctors.
- Report to the management team on regular progress of the sale method.
- Ability to spearhead Business Development efforts individually.
- Ability to initiate and implement new ideas to increase sales.
- Ability to anticipate, identify issues, and solve them.
- Build and manage relationships with hospital decision makers.
- Set sales targets and define strategy to achieve these targets and to follow the set strategy punctually.

- At least 1 year experience in B2B sales is necessary.
- Ability to speak and understand any 2 regional indian languages in addition to fluency in hindi and english is a big plus.
