Job Description :

About : 

The Karnataka High Court is the High Court of the Indian territory of Karnataka. It is situated in Bangalore, the capital city of Karnataka. The High Court works out of a red block building known as Attara Kacheri. It is before Vidhana Soudha, which is the seat of the assembly of Karnataka.The Karnataka High Court is at present practical in Bangalore, Hubli-Dharwad and Gulbarga. After the passing of Tippu Sultan in 1799, the British perceived the claim of Krishnaraja Wodeyar III, child of Chamaraja Wodeyar to the honored position of the State. Poornaiah kept on being the Diwan and Barry Close was the Resident. The State was separated into three ‘Subhas’ each under the control of a Subhedar, who was the official officer and furthermore the Judge in his area. ‘Subhas’ were partitioned into Districts and the last into Taluks. On October 21, 1831 the Governor-General of India Bentick issued decree and accepted organization of Mysore for East India Company on the assertion that Raja was unequipped for dealing with the issues of the State. Organization of Mysore was depended to a Board of Commissioners which incorporated a Senior Commissioner and a Junior Commissioner. This Board was helped by Diwan in budgetary issues and the Resident in political relations of the Ruler. This Board was annulled in June 1832 and organization of the State was endowed to one single Commissioner.

Education Qualification :

Candidate should have master degree in English from government recognized university with Kannada as one of the subject with minimum of second class.

Pay Scale :

Selected candidate can get the pay of Rs.21600 to Rs.40500 per month

Age Limit:

For SC/ST/Category-I of OBC  Candidates : Minimum Age is 18 years and Maximum Age is 40 years

For Category II-A/ II-B/ III-A/ III–B of OBC Candidates : Minimum Age is 18 years and Maximum Age is 38 years

For all other Candidates : Minimum Age is 18 years and Maximum Age is 35 years
