1. Zonal Business Manager

Location: Odissa

Purpose of the Job:

  • To Plan, Monitor and Ensure Achievement of Customer and Revenue Market Share objectives set for Zonal Operations by Supervising/ Influencing multiple teams to deliver Operational excellence in Customer service, Channel management and Market expansion

Key Deliverables:

  • Develop ,Plan , Implement and Manage all Sales & Distribution activities to ensure Revenue & Sales objectives  for all lines of business including Mobile, DSL & DTH
  • Drive gross additions , Quality sales matrices ,  Base  management  &  Compliance to regulatory norms in terms of customer acquisitions .
  • Focus on  VAS and other Revenue drivers
  • Review distribution Health & take necessary actions to Drive Width & depth of distribution .
  • Drive data revenues (2G as well as 3G)
  • Provide  Regular Assessment ,Devise and Implement actions/activities  to upgrade sales competence in the zone and Develop ,Coach ,Mentor the Sales team .
  • Supervise over all CSD function to drive Customer Satisfaction scores, Infrastructure at showrooms, ARCs  , Collections and Bad Debts performance at the zone .
  • Adherence to the branding  guidelines as laid down by the Marketing team .
  • Manage the cost of the region within budget

2. Territory Sales Manager – Postpaid

Location: Madya Pradesh

Purpose of the Job:

To enhance targeted gross and revenue from allocated channels by effective implementation of planned strategies that aim at capturing a dominant market share of the large retail and SME base..

Key Deliverables:

  • To achieve Gross post paid numbers – responsible for post paid, datacard sales – of the zone and strengthen relationships in the Key Account by escalating level of contract.
  • To promote VAS / New products and services and data cards
  • To ensure customer delight
  • To ensure complete product and sales training imparted to CSA sales team
